Subsequent costs. The Borrower must within five (5) Business Days of demand pay to the Lender the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by it in connection with: 20.2.1. the negotiation, preparation, printing and execution of any Finance Document (other than a Transfer Certificate), and registration of any Security Document, executed after the date of this Agreement; and 20.2.2. any amendment, waiver or consent requested by or on behalf of the Borrower.
