Subsequent costs. The Company must pay to the Guarantor the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and other adviser fees) reasonably incurred by it in connection with: (a) the negotiation, preparation, printing and execution of any Guarantee Document entered into after the date of this Agreement; or (b) any amendment, waiver or consent requested by or on behalf of the Company or specifically allowed by a Guarantee Document.
