Common use of Subsequent Election Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Election. Each Participant who has previously completed an Election Form shall have the election made in that Election Form continue for all subsequent Plan Years unless: (i) The Participant completes a new Election Form and delivers it to Employer during the annual enrollment period determined by Employer; or (ii) The Participant’s election is changed as provided in Section 4.4. A Participant who is required to pay all or part of the cost of coverage in the Health Benefits Plan shall be considered to have agreed to a Compensation Reduction for the subsequent Plan Year equal to the Participant’s share of the cost of coverage for that Plan Year.
