Subsequent Employment Protocol. During my employment and for 24 months after termination of my employment, prior to accepting employment with any person or entity, I will provide my prospective employer with a copy of this Agreement, and I consent to the Company’s right, at any time, to notify such employer of this Agreement, as well as the details of any alleged violations thereof.
