The Company shall, if practicable, provide Parent (a) its financial results for any period after the date of this Agreement prior to making any such financial results publicly available and (b) any report or document (other than reports under Section 16 of the Exchange Act) to be filed with the SEC after the date of this Agreement prior to any such filing, it being understood that, in either case, Parent shall have no liability by reason of being provided with any such documents.
