Common use of Subsequent Party Access Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Party Access. 4.1.1 Supplier will include as part of its contracts with Providers having access to Confidential Information provisions requiring such Providers to meet or exceed the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement. 4.1.2 In addition, Supplier will include as part of their contracts with Providers having access to Company Data substantially similar security requirements as contained in this document and make this a requirement for all subsequent parties receiving Company Confidential Information.
