Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Transition Services for which the Provider is responsible hereunder, the Recipient of such Transition Services shall provide personnel of the Provider with access to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.
Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Transition Services, the Recipient shall provide personnel of the Provider with reasonable access during normal business hours (to the extent practicable) to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.
Provider Access. Prior to allowing Providers to access Confidential Information, Supplier will require Providers to agree in writing to terms substantially similar to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information
Provider Access. Recipient shall provide the personnel of a Provider with access to its equipment, office space, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment to the extent reasonably required for personnel of a Provider to perform any Transition Service, subject to the Confidentiality provisions in Article III below.

To the extent reasonably required for personnel to perform the Transition Services, the other party shall provide reasonable access, on an as needed basis, to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.
Provider Access. 4.1.1 Prior to allowing Providers to access Recipient Confidential Information, Provider will require Providers to agree in writing to appropriate binding obligations to maintain the confidentiality of Recipient Confidential Information.
Provider Access. Patient shall be given the Providers’ e-mail address to which non-urgent commu- nications can be addressed. Such communications shall be dealt with by the Provider or staff member of the Practice in a timely manner. Patient understands and agrees that email and the internet should never be used to access medical care in the event of an emergency, or any situation that Patient could reasonably expect may develop into an emergency. Patient agrees that in such situations, when a Patient cannot speak to their Provider immediately in person or by telephone, that Patient shall call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
Provider Access. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, without limiting the generality of Section 7.1(a), to the extent reasonably requested in advance by the Provider, the Recipient shall, at its own expense, provide to the Provider reasonable access, on an as-needed basis, to the Recipient’s personnel, equipment and office space, telecommunications and computer systems and any other assets and operations reasonably required for delivery of all or any part of the applicable Services or the provision of access to any Facility.
