Subsequent Sub-Projects. For other Sub-Projects, LLC and DBS will negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions of any warranties (other than those set forth in Clause 10.3) for the Deliverables provided under such Sub-Project. DBS will also be obligated to assert warranty claims against subcontractors and third parties as set forth in the last sentence of Clause 10.1.
