Initial Budget. The initial Budget shall be agreed upon by -------------- the parties before the execution of this Management Services Agreement and shall be attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Initial Budget. In connection with the first Property Acquisition, the Manager shall prepare a Draft Budget for operation of the properties proposed to be acquired and submit such Draft Budget to Owner with the Proposal as contemplated by Section 9.1. If the Owner approves the Property Acquisition, Owner shall be deemed to have approved the Draft Budget and such Draft Budget shall then constitute the approved Budget as contemplated by Section 3.1.
Initial Budget. The initial Budget shall be agreed upon and approved in writing by the parties before the execution of this Management Services Agreement. The initial Budget shall include an exhibit setting forth the criteria under which Business Manager shall be entitled to receive the Performance Fee.

Initial Budget. By execution of this Agreement, the Members hereby approve and consent to the initial budget attached hereto as Exhibit D (the “Initial Budget”) and acknowledge and agree that such Initial Budget shall be deemed to be an Approved Budget for all purposes of this Agreement.
Initial Budget. To initially fund the budget for this Activity Agreement, the Activity Participants agree to contribute a total of $51,447.82 in equal shares. In the event the Activity Participants have contributed initial funding for purposes of the Activity Agreement through a separate form of agreement, then the amounts paid under such agreement shall be credited against the initial costs for all Activity Participants required by this Section, with appropriate adjustments for any overpayments.
Initial Budget. The Purchaser Representative shall have received an initial budget for Opco in substantially the form agreed by Opco and the First Lien Credit Agreement Agent prior to the date hereof, which budget shall include the 13-week statement of anticipated cash receipts and disbursements of Opco and its subsidiaries, set forth on a weekly basis, commencing with the first Thursday following the Closing Date.
Initial Budget. Before the Firm begins handling a new legal matter for the City, it shall provide to the City Attorney an initial budget which shall include, at a minimum, a list of each specific legal service the Firm shall perform for the City, and include
a. An estimate of all fees, expenses, and costs for the service to be performed by the Firm; and
b. An estimate of the amount of time the Firm expects to take to perform each legal service. The Firm shall update its budget every six months or more frequently when requested by the City Attorney. The Firm shall provide a copy of each revised budget to the City Attorney, and shall point out and explain each material modification or change from previous budgets. If it becomes apparent to the Firm that it will exceed its budget, the Firm shall notify the City Attorney in writing, explaining the reason(s) why the Firm expects to or has overrun its budget.
Initial Budget. The Administrative Agent shall have received the initial Budget for the 13-week period following the Effective Date (the “Initial Budget”) which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, together with a Budget Certificate.
