Subsequent Transportation of Overbooked Passengers. Passengers who were not able to obtain a confirmed seat from THE CARRIER due to overbooking shall be transported by THE CARRIER in the following order: 1. On the next available flight operated by THE CARRIER with no additional cost to the Passenger, regardless of the service class or whether the Passenger was classified as voluntary or involuntary. 2. On a flight operated by another airline if the Passenger so requests and provided there is space available on such flight and the scheduled time of arrival of such flight is earlier than the next flight operated by THE CARRIER.
