Common use of Subsequently Enacted Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Subsequently Enacted Rules and Regulations. The City may, during the term of this Agreement, apply such newer City Laws that are in force and effect within the jurisdiction of the City for the class of Subsequent Approvals being applied for and which are not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement. The City may also modify the Applicable Law to address a specific, adverse impact upon public health or safety that cannot reasonably be addressed by other means.
