Common use of Subsequently Issued Shares Clause in Contracts

Subsequently Issued Shares. All Shares hereinafter issued to Employee or to Employee's beneficiaries, heirs, successors in interest, representatives or assigns with respect to any Shares subject to this Agreement, whether by stock split, stock dividend or otherwise, shall bear the same endorsement and be subject to all the terms and conditions hereof.
