SUBSTANCE ABUSE REHABILITATION. If an employee comes forward requesting rehabilitation treatment for substance abuse, the employee will be referred to rehabilitation services. If the employee is caught in a prohibited activity without coming forward, s/he is subject to termination. Return to work following treatment will be contingent on agreement to a Contract for Continued Employment drafted by the Port and agreed to by the Union. Nothing in this Appendix limits the Port’s right to take disciplinary action for just cause. APPENDIX D
