CHARITY. The Employer shall not conduct or handle any campaign or drive for charitable purposes among the employees except where the cooperation and contributions of the employees are voluntary.
CHARITY. The Union shall and hereby agrees to conduct and handle any and all campaigns and drives for charitable purposes among its members in such instances as it deems advisable but in no event shall the Employer carry on any charitable campaigns among his employees.
CHARITY. 19.1 In the event that there is any outstanding balance of £50 or below within your client account, and you have no monies owed to us or third parties relating to your legal affairs, and we are unable to trace you, we reserve the right to give the money to Macmillan Cancer Support, a registered charity.
CHARITY. 50% of the net proceeds to Xx. Xxxxx will be donated to Bay Area charities including the Link N' Learn Program conducted in the San Francisco Bay Area by The Bonds Family Foundation. Link N' Learn will establish on-site learning centers at 8 public schools and 5 community centers in four Bay Area communities. These sites will use intensive personalized tutoring techniques and interactive instructional technology to increase parental involvement and to achieve measurable grade-level academic improvement among children in the K-4th grades in the four Bay Area communities." Licensee agrees to put the foregoing statement on the cereal box and all advertising, promotional and public relations information issued in connection with the Agreement.

CHARITY. 6.9.1 The land leased is held by Helmsley Town Council in trust for Helmsley Recreational Charity, a non-exempt charity, but this lease is one falling within paragraph (c) of section 117(3) of the Charities Act 2011.
6.9.2 The members of Helmsley Town Council, the trustee of Helmsley Recreational Charity, acting by Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, two members of the Council, certify that they have power under its trusts to effect this disposition and that they have complied with the provisions of sections 117-121 of the Charities Act 2011 so far as applicable to this disposition.
6.9.3 The land leased will, as a result of this lease, be held by Helmsley Sports Club, a non-exempt charity, and the restrictions on disposition imposed by section 117-121 of the Charities Act 2011 will apply to the land (subject to section 117(3) of that Act). 1. A right of way in common with the Landlord and others over the land edged blue on the plan attached to this lease together with the right to utilise vehicle parking on the land edged green and on adjoining land of the Landlord comprised within the Landlord’s Title Number NYK457551 under the control of the Landlord as agreed by the Landlord subject to the Tenant making a single annual payment to the Sinking Fund to meet the anticipated cost of the maintenance, repair and upkeep of such parking areas with such contribution to be assessed in its absolute discretion by the Landlord as reasonable in light of the usage as between the Tenant and others.
2. The right of free and uninterrupted passage and running of water sewerage and electricity through over and along the conduits and all other conducting media that are now laid in or under or pass through any part of the adjoining land of the Landlord.

CHARITY. Employee participation in charitable drives shall be voluntary. When an employee is required to serve on any jury, he shall receive the difference between his regular straight-time rate of pay and the amount received for jury duty; provided, however, that the em ployee n otified the Em ployer within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of jury summons. Such jury duty pay w ill be limited to scheduled work days only. Whenever employee is excused from jury service temporarily or permanently, he shall promptly report to complete any re maining hours of his scheduled work day. Time spent serving on a jury shall not be used in computing overtime.
