CHARITY. Employee participation in charitable drives shall be voluntary. When an employee is required to serve on any jury, he shall receive the difference between his regular straight-time rate of pay and the amount received for jury duty; provided, however, that the em­ ployee n otified the Em ployer within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of jury summons. Such jury duty pay w ill be limited to scheduled work days only. Whenever employee is excused from jury service temporarily or permanently, he shall promptly report to complete any re­ maining hours of his scheduled work day. Time spent serving on a jury shall not be used in computing overtime.
