Common use of Substantial Completion and Acceptant Reviews Clause in Contracts

Substantial Completion and Acceptant Reviews. The Architect will conduct inspections, and if Work is found Substantially Complete by the Owner and Architect, establish the date or dates of Substantial Completion and the date of Final Completion. The Architect will receive and forward to the Owner for the Owners' review, project records, written warranties and related documents required by the Contract and assembled by the Contractor. The Architect will issue a final Certificate for Payment upon compliance with requirements of the Contract Documents and acceptance by the Owner.
