OBLIGATIONS OF THE ARCHITECT. 9.1 Upon request of the Owner, the Architect will furnish the Owner with information relative to the Architect's consultants and subconsultants, including agreements between the Architect and any of its consultants/subconsultants. All such agreements shall specify the scope of design, engineering and/or other services to be performed. The Architect shall, upon request, furnish the Owner with documentation demonstrating that its consultants/subconsultants are currently registered as professional architects and/or engineers and shall furnish the Owner with information as to similar professional work in which they have been engaged. The Owner reserves the right to disapprove of any consultant engineer or architect by notifying the Architect of such disapproval. The failure of the Owner to disapprove of any consultant shall not release the Architect of any responsibility for any defects or deficiencies in the design or engineering services provided.
