Common use of Substantial Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Substantial Completion Date. The date established herein by which the Construction Manager shall achieve Substantial Completion. The Substantial Completion Date may be modified only by Change Order or Change Directive in accordance with the Agreement. In the event the Project is to be completed in parts or phases, references in the Agreement to the “Substantial Completion Date,” and all rights and obligations associated therewith, shall individually apply to the Substantial Completion Date of each such part or phase.
