Substantial Completion Deadline. 4.2.1.1. DB Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within the time frame established in Exhibit 2. Said dates for achieving Substantial Completion, as they may be extended hereunder, are referred to herein as the “Substantial Completion Deadline.” 4.2.1.2. If the NEPA Approval is not obtained within 90 days after NTP1, the Substantial Completion Deadline shall be extended by the number of days between (i) the 90th day after issuance of NTP1 and (ii) the date on which TxDOT notifies DB Contractor of the receipt of the NEPA Approval.
