Completion Deadlines. CMR shall achieve Substantial Completion and Final Completion within the time periods specified in the GMP Amendment. In the event the Project is to be constructed in phases (or with interim construction milestones), each phase (or with interim construction milestones) must be constructed within the period of time specified by TFC.
Completion Deadlines. Member shall have said home and, weather permitting, landscaping open and ready for display on the opening date as established by the Association. If the Member starts construction and is unable or unwilling to have the show house and landscaping open and ready for display at the opening date, the Member agrees to continue to work on said house, only during non-show hours, until completion.

Completion Deadlines. 17.2.1 Deadlines for Substantial Completion and Final Completion The CPM/Payment Schedule attached hereto as Appendix 12 sets forth the Date of Substantial Completion and Final Completion of the entire Part A-1 Work, the Waxpool and Church Roads portion of Part C-1 Work and Part D-1 Work. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion and Final Completion of said Work and any other Work authorized to be performed pursuant to the terms of Articles 1 and 19 on or before the date(s) set forth therefor on the CPM/Payment Schedule, as such date(s) may be adjusted as provided herein. Failure to achieve Substantial Completion or Final Completion of the Work by the date(s) set forth therefor on the CPM/Payment Schedule, as adjusted as provided herein may result in the application of Liquidated Damages in accordance with Article 25.6.

Completion Deadlines. ESG funds have specific expenditure deadlines and failure to meet these deadlines may result in de-obligation of funds by HUD and cancellation of this contract by Brazoria County. Contractor shall supply a project schedule of completion and shall be attached hereto and expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Brazoria County has allocated the following funds to this project as a whole: FY 2019 ESG $48,998.82; FY 2020 ESG funds $80,000.00 and $1,125,985.00 in ESG-CV (CARES Act) funding for a project total of $1,254,983.82, (Engineering, Asbestos Abatement, and soft costs are also included in this figure). The following expenditure deadlines must be strictly adhered to. FY 2019 ESG funds of $48,998.82 and 20% of the ESG-CV funds ($225,197.00) must be expended by September 30, 2021. The remaining 80% of ESG-CV funds ($900,788.00) must be expended by March 31, 2022, with all other remaining funds ($80,000.00) expended by September 30, 2022. In the even that expenditure deadlines have not been met and HUD de-obligates funds, The Salvation Army shall be responsible to repay all expenditures to Brazoria County and any outstanding invoices to the contractor.
Completion Deadlines. Landlord shall provide to Tenant written notice no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the date that Landlord anticipates that Landlord’s Work will be Complete (the “30-Day Notice”). Landlord covenants that Xxxxxxxx’s Work shall be Completed by the date identified in the 30-Day Notice, but not later than three hundred sixty (360) days after the Effective Date (the “Fixed Completion Date”). If the Completion Date does not actually occur on or before the Fixed Completion Date, Tenant may terminate this Lease by written notice to Landlord and effective as of the date of such notice, this Lease shall be of no further force and effect. In addition and notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, in the event that Landlord’s Work is not Completed within thirty (30) days after the Fixed Completion Date, Tenant shall receive a credit against the Base Rent due hereunder equal to one (1) day of Base Rent with respect to the Demised Premises for each day that elapses between the Fixed Completion Date, and the Completion Date, which credit(s) shall be applied to the Base Rent payments due following the Rent Commencement Date.
Completion Deadlines. Subrecipient must provide the City with all information (i.e. specific TBRA recipient information) necessary for entry into HUD’s IDIS system within 30 days of the last payment made under any given Rental Assistance Contract.
