Completion Deadlines. Member shall have said home and, weather permitting, landscaping open and ready for display on the opening date as established by the Association. If the Member starts construction and is unable or unwilling to have the show house and landscaping open and ready for display at the opening date, the Member agrees to continue to work on said house, only during non-show hours, until completion.

Completion Deadlines. ESG funds have specific expenditure deadlines and failure to meet these deadlines may result in de-obligation of funds by HUD and cancellation of this contract by Brazoria County. Contractor shall supply a project schedule of completion and shall be attached hereto and expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Brazoria County has allocated the following funds to this project as a whole: FY 2019 ESG $48,998.82; FY 2020 ESG funds $80,000.00 and $1,125,985.00 in ESG-CV (CARES Act) funding for a project total of $1,254,983.82, (Engineering, Asbestos Abatement, and soft costs are also included in this figure). The following expenditure deadlines must be strictly adhered to. FY 2019 ESG funds of $48,998.82 and 20% of the ESG-CV funds ($225,197.00) must be expended by September 30, 2021. The remaining 80% of ESG-CV funds ($900,788.00) must be expended by March 31, 2022, with all other remaining funds ($80,000.00) expended by September 30, 2022. In the even that expenditure deadlines have not been met and HUD de-obligates funds, The Salvation Army shall be responsible to repay all expenditures to Brazoria County and any outstanding invoices to the contractor.
Completion Deadlines. Landlord shall provide to Tenant written notice no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the date that Landlord anticipates that Landlord’s Work will be Complete (the “30-Day Notice”). In addition and notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, in the event that Landlord’s Work is not Completed within thirty (30) days after the Fixed Completion Date, Tenant shall receive a credit against the Base Rent due hereunder equal to one (1) day of Base Rent with respect to the Demised Premises for each day that elapses between the Fixed Completion Date, and the Completion Date, which credit(s) shall be applied to the Base Rent payments due following the Rent Commencement Date.
