SUBSTATION DEPARTMENT. (a) Any job requiring two or more Substation Electricians (one of whom may be an apprentice) shall have a Crew Leader who shall handle orders and be in authority. (b) Regular Substation Electricians shall have permanent headquarters and shall be reimbursed for actual expenses when away from headquarters.
