Substitution of assurances. Subdivider may submit substitute assurances in a form and amount acceptable to the City at any time during which Subdivider is not in default of this Agreement as provided in UDC Section 8.6.2 The City Engineer may approve a substitution of the Subdivider or the Surety upon the presentation of a substitute assurance agreement in the form provided in UDC Administrative Manual Section 2-09.
