Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibit A-1 hereto shall be attached to the Credit Agreement and substituted for the existing Exhibit A-1 to the Credit Agreement and Exhibit A-2(a) and Exhibit A-2(b) hereto shall be attached to the Credit Agreement and substituted for the existing Exhibit A-2 to the Credit Agreement.
Substitution of Exhibits. A. Exhibit I to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting said Exhibit I in its entirety and substituting in place thereof a new Exhibit I in the form of Annex A to this Amendment.
B. Exhibit V to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting said Exhibit V in its entirety and substituting in place thereof a new Exhibit V in the form of Annex B to this Amendment.
C. Exhibit VIII to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting said Exhibit VIII in its entirety and substituting in place thereof a new Exhibit VIII in the form of Annex C to this Amendment.
Substitution of Exhibits. (a) Annex A to Exhibit C, Compliance Certificate, to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and by substituting in its place the correspondingly designated Annex attached to this Second Amendment:
(b) Exhibit N, Borrowing Base Certificate, to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and by substituting in its place the correspondingly designated Annex attached to this Second Amendment:
Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby substituted for Exhibit A to the Loan Agreement, and all references in the Loan Documents to "Note" shall refer to the Note in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.
Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibits A, E and F of the Purchase Agreement are hereby amended by deleting said Exhibits in their entirety and substituting in place thereof the new exhibits attached hereto as Annex A to this Amendment.
Substitution of Exhibits. The FM Asset Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by (i) replacing the form of Exhibit B-1 in its entirety with the form attached as Annex C to this Amendment, (ii) replacing the form of Exhibit B-2 in its entirety with the form attached as Annex D to this Amendment and (iii) replacing the form of Exhibit D in its entirety with the form attached as Annex E to this Amendment.
Substitution of Exhibits. A. Exhibit V: Form of Tranche C Term Note. Exhibit V to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting said Exhibit V in its entirety and substituting in place thereof a new Exhibit V in the form of Exhibit V to this Amendment.
Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibits "D" and "E" of the Revised Credit Agreement are hereby deleted, and Exhibits "D" and "E" attached hereto are hereby substituted in place thereof.
Substitution of Exhibits. Each of the following Exhibits to the Stock Purchase Agreement is hereby replaced with the version attached hereto: Exhibit D Feedstock and Product Inventory Sales Agreement Exhibit F Transition Services Agreement Exhibit G Offtake Agreement Exhibit H Earnout Agreement Exhibit I Crude Supply Agreement.
Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibit "F" to the Existing Credit Agreement is deleted and there is substituted therefor the Exhibit "F" attached hereto.
