Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibit A-1 hereto shall be attached to the Credit Agreement and substituted for the existing Exhibit A-1 to the Credit Agreement.

Substitution of Exhibits. Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby substituted for Exhibit A to the Loan Agreement, and all references in the Loan Documents to "Note" shall refer to the Note in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.
