Annex C. Data Processing Agreement This Data Processing Agreement including its Exhibit (the “DPA”) details the parties’ obligations on the protection of Personal Data associated with Our processing of Your Personal Data within the scope of the applicable Order or any agreement between You and Celonis for providing Services (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
Annex C. If not already provided, the Issuer shall promptly furnish to the Administrative Agent (i) a copy of each certificate, report, statement, notice or other communication furnished by it or on its behalf to the Depositor, any Seller or the Servicer concurrently therewith and furnish to the Administrative Agent promptly after receipt thereof a copy of each notice, demand or other communication received by it or on its behalf pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, and (ii) such other information, documents, records or reports respecting the Receivables, the Issuer, the Depositor, any Seller or the Servicer which is in its possession or under its control, as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
Annex C. Any Purchaser may at any time pledge or grant a security interest in all or any portion of its rights (including, without limitation, its Note and any rights to payment of Yield) under this Agreement, and the foregoing provisions of this Section 11.07 shall not apply to any such pledge or grant of a security interest; provided, that no such pledge or grant of a security interest shall release a Purchaser from any of its obligations hereunder, or substitute any such pledgee or grantee for such Purchaser as a party hereto.
