Successor Provisions of Law. Any references to a section of ERISA or the Code, or to any regulations or administrative pronouncements thereunder, shall be deemed to include a reference to any successor provision of ERISA or the Code (or of any successor federal law) or to any successor regulations or administrative pronouncements thereunder.
