Successors And Assigns; Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Employee and his heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Contract Obligors and their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, parent corporation, and affiliates, and their respective predecessors, successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators and each of them, and to their heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors, and assigns. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama (without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws), to the extent such laws are not otherwise superseded by the laws of the United States.
