No Joint Venture Created. Manager and the Kansas Lottery agree and acknowledge that by entering into this Agreement they are not entering into a joint venture.
No Joint Venture Created. The Parties agree that nothing in this Agreement is intended to create, or in fact creates, any partnership, joint venture, consolidation, or combination of the Parties’ Organizations, boards of directors, or management teams or staff.
