Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 1.h., this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Mr. Xxxx xxx his heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Southern, the Company and their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, parent corporation and affiliates, and their respective predecessors, successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators and each of them, and to their heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and assigns.
