SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES AND ASSIGNEES. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the owners, administrators, executors, successors, and legal representatives of the Owner and Consultant. The rights and obligations of this Agreement cannot be assigned by either party without written permission of the other party. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any permitted assignees.
