Project Timing. The terms and conditions of this agreement require you to complete the project without undue delay and no later than the Period of Performance end date (1,460 days from the grant execution date). We will be monitoring your progress to ensure proper stewardship of these Federal funds. We expect you to submit payment requests for reimbursement of allowable incurred project expenses consistent with project progress. Your grant may be placed in “inactive” status if you do not make draws on a regular basis, which will affect your ability to receive future grant offers. Costs incurred after the Period of Performance ends are generally not allowable and will be rejected unless authorized by the FAA in advance.
Project Timing. Borrower shall:
(a) commence the Project no later than February 28, 2025, unless extended pursuant to Section 4 of the DDA; commence means to obtain necessary permits to begin construction activities and to actually begin the construction activities. All appropriate permits must be obtained prior to commencing construction; and
(b) complete the Project on or before Initial Project Completion; and
(c) complete the Project with diligence and continuity using skill appropriate to the task and fully draw all eligible SLFRF funds no later than sixty (60) days from Initial Project Completion; and
(d) evidence that the housing units are occupied for the purpose intended with eligible low- or moderate-income tenants as described in the Declaration of Affordability no later than 150 days from Initial Project Completion; and
(e) obtain standard warranties against defects in the construction, systems, and appliances, and other improvements installed. If Borrower fails to comply with the requirements of this Section 5.7, Borrower shall be in Default of this Agreement and shall be required to pay back all funds drawn upon demand of City. Notwithstanding the foregoing deadlines, in the event Borrower’s failure to meet such deadlines is the result of a Force Majeure Event, Borrower shall be afforded a reasonable extension of time beyond such deadline to account for such occurrence.
Project Timing. Purchaser shall commence construction on the Project as described herein no later than December 31, 2014; and the Kroger grocery and multi-department store will be open for business no later than December 31, 2015. Purchaser shall not be obligated to build or operate the project contemplated herein. If Purchaser does not commence construction or open for business then Seller shall have revision rights as described in 7.7 herein.
Project Timing. The Public Parties and the Company acknowledge and agree that the timely completion of Project milestones in accordance with the Project Timeline is essential to ensure the long-term success of the Project. Accordingly, each party agrees to use diligent efforts to accomplish its respective obligations in accordance with the Project Timeline to be agreed upon among the parties.

The product introduction is targeted for the annual meeting of the [**], but if such target can not be satisfied the product introduction shall be targeted for no later than the annual meeting of [**]. A preliminary outline of the development project is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.
Project Timing. The parties acknowledge that Developer cannot predict the timing, rate, order or actual timing with certainty. The timing, order and rate of development shall be in Developer’s sole discretion, except as otherwise provided in the
Project Timing. 1. Donohue shall submit final plans and specifications to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources by October 1, 2021. In order to achieve this submittal date, work on the Design Basis Report shall commence no later than March 1, 2021 and shall be completed by May 1, 2021. The Topographic Survey and Geotechnical Investigations shall be completed by June 1, 2021. Pump Station and Force Main Design shall commence no later than June 1, 2021. Xxxxxxx shall be authorized to commence the Services set forth herein upon receipt of written notice to proceed from Owner following execution of this Agreement.
2. Xxxxxxx’x services under this Agreement will be considered complete when Xxxxxxx has delivered to Owner the Bid Documents deliverables defined under Scope of Services.
Project Timing. 1. Xxxxxxx shall be authorized to commence the Services set forth herein upon execution of this Agreement. The project completion is expected nine months after written notice to proceed is received from the City
2. Xxxxxxx’x services under this Agreement will be considered complete when Xxxxxxx has delivered to Owner the Final Master Plan Report and received payment on its final invoice.
Project Timing. 2.5.1 Borrower shall:
(a) commence the Project no later than February 1, 2018; commence means to obtain necessary permits to begin the scheduled work and to actually begin the work. All appropriate permits must be obtained prior to beginning construction.
(b) complete the Project with diligence and continuity using skill appropriate to the task, fully draw all CDBG funds and attain Initial Project Completion no later than December 31, 2019.
(c) evidence that the housing developed on the Project Site with Funds under this Agreement is occupied for the purpose intended with eligible low- or moderate-income tenants no later than December 31, 2019; and
(d) obtain a one (1) year builder’s warranty against defects in the construction or systems installed.
2.5.2 If Borrower fails to comply with the activity requirements above, Borrower shall be in Default of this Agreement and shall be required to pay back all funds drawn upon demand of Lender.
2.5.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing deadlines, in the event the Borrower’s failure to meet such deadlines is the result of force majeure, acts of God or other occurrences outside the control of the Borrower, including without limitation, any governmental agencies’ delay or failure to perform, Borrower shall be afforded a reasonable extension of time beyond such deadline to account for such occurrence.
