Successors; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. (a) This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever, including any rights of employment for any specified period, under or by reason of this Agreement, provided, however, that the provisions of Section 5.11(c), Article VI (to the extent provided in Section 6.03), Article X, and Sections 11.09(b), and 11.15 shall be enforceable by each Indemnified Party or other third-party beneficiary described in such Articles or Sections; provided further, however, that the Lenders and their respective Representatives and Affiliates shall be third party beneficiaries of, and shall be entitled to rely on and enforce, this Section 11.09(a), Section 9.02, Section 11.07, Section 11.12, Section 11.13, and Section 11.19
