Common use of Successor's Rights, Duties and Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Successor's Rights, Duties and Liabilities. Upon its appointment, the Successor Servicer will be the successor with respect to servicing functions pursuant to this Agreement and will be subject to all the responsibilities, duties and liabilities relating thereto placed on the Servicer by the terms and provisions of this Agreement, and all references in this Agreement to the Servicer will be deemed to refer to the Successor Servicer.
