Common use of Sufficiency of Information Clause in Contracts

Sufficiency of Information. 17.1 The Service Provider shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves before presenting their application as to the accuracy and sufficiency of the rates and prices which shall cover all the Service Provider’s obligations under the Contract and shall be deemed to have obtained for themselves all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and any other circumstances which might reasonably influence or affect the Service Provider’s application.

Sufficiency of Information. 17.1 2.1.1 The Service Provider shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves itself before presenting their application submitting its tender as to the accuracy and sufficiency of the rates and prices stated by the Service Provider in its tender which shall (except in so far as is otherwise provided in the Contract) cover all the Service Provider’s obligations under the Contract and shall be deemed to have obtained for themselves itself all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and any other circumstances which might reasonably influence or affect the Service Provider’s applicationtender.

The Service Provider’s obligations under the Contract and Provider shall be deemed to have obtained for themselves itself all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and any other circumstances which might that may reasonably influence or affect the Service Provider’s applicationprovision of the Services.
