Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).
Inspection and Final Acceptance District may, at its discretion, inspect and accept or reject any of Consultant’s work under this Agreement, either during performance or when within sixty (60) days after submitted to District. If District does not reject work by a timely written explanation, Consultant’s work shall be deemed to have been accepted. District’s acceptance shall be conclusive as to such work except with respect to latent defects, fraud and such gross mistakes as amount to fraud. Acceptance of any of Consultant’s work by District shall not constitute a waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement including, but not limited to indemnification and insurance provisions.

Attachment C, Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants Attachment C is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Attachment C December 15, 2017 attached to this Amendment. Contractor certifies under the pains and penalties of perjury that, as of the date this contract amendment is signed, the Contractor is in good standing with respect to, or in full compliance with a plan to pay, any and all taxes due the State of Vermont. Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.
Minimum Condition and Warranty Requirements for TIPS Sales All goods quoted or sold through a TIPS Sale shall be new unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. All new goods and services shall include the applicable manufacturers minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in the Supplemental Agreement.
Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.
Contract Conditions This section contains conditions which shall be complied with during the performance of this contract. The conditions come in two parts, general conditions and special contract requirements.
CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.
Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
