Suggestions, Ideas and Feedback. Subject to its obligations under Section 4 of this Agreement (Confidential Information), Elastic will be free to use, irrevocably, in perpetuity and for any purpose, all suggestions, ideas and/or feedback (collectively, “Feedback”) provided to Elastic by Customer, or its Affiliates and their respective employees, contractors or other agents, with respect to the Product and/or Support Services. The foregoing grant of rights is made without any duty to account to any of the foregoing persons or entities for the use of such Feedback.
