  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement.   • ROAD PLAN CHANGES If the Purchaser desires a change from this road plan including, but not limited to, relocation, extension, change in design, or adding roads; a revised road plan must be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator for consideration.   • Summary Sales Data The Contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports directly to NASPO ValuePoint using the NASPO ValuePoint Quarterly Sales/Administrative Fee Reporting Tool found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/WNCPO/Calculator.aspx. Any/all sales made under this Master Agreement shall be reported as cumulative totals by state. Even if Contractor experiences zero sales during a calendar quarter, a report is still required. Reports shall be due no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar quarter (as specified in the reporting tool).
