Summary Sales Data. The Contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports directly to NASPO ValuePoint using the NASPO ValuePoint Quarterly Sales/Administrative Fee Reporting Tool found at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. All sales made under this Master Agreement must be reported as cumulative totals by state. Contractor must submit a report for each quarter, including quarters during which a Contractor has no sales, in which case this will be indicated in the Reporting Tool. Reports must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar quarter (as specified in the reporting tool).

Summary Sales Data. “Summary Sales Data” is Sales Data reported as cumulative totals by state. Contractor shall, using the reporting tool or template provided by NASPO ValuePoint, report Summary Sales Data to NASPO ValuePoint for each calendar quarter no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the quarter. If Contractor has no reportable Sales Data for the quarter, Contractor shall submit a zero-sales report.

Summary Sales Data. In accordance with this section, Contractor shall report to NASPO ValuePoint all Orders under this Master Agreement for which Contractor has invoiced the ordering entity or individual, including Orders invoiced to Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity employees for personal use if such use is permitted by this Master Agreement and the applicable Participating Addendum (“Sales Data”). Timely and complete reporting of Sales Data is a material requirement of this Master Agreement. Reporting requirements, including those related to the format, contents, frequency, or delivery of reports, may be updated by NASPO ValuePoint with reasonable notice to Contractor and without amendment to this Master Agreement. NASPO ValuePoint shall have exclusive ownership of any media on which reports are submitted and shall have a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, and transferable right to display, modify, copy, and otherwise use reports, data, and information provided under this section.

  • Detailed Sales Data Contractor shall also report detailed sales data by: (1) state; (2) entity/customer type, e.g. local government, higher education, K12, non-profit; (3) Purchasing Entity name; (4) Purchasing Entity bill-to and ship-to locations; (4) Purchasing Entity and Contractor Purchase Order identifier/number(s); (5) Purchase Order Type (e.g. sales order, credit, return, upgrade, determined by industry practices);

  • MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORTING Contractor shall report total Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below.

  • Master Contract Sales Reporting System Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter. The quarterly sales report can be found here: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. The Contract Quarterly Sales Report will include all sales and orders associated with this Contract from Customers received during the reporting period. Initiation and submission of the Sales Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the DMS Contract Manager. Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract. Initiation and submission of the quarterly sales report are the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification by the Department. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed in probationary status or the Department may terminate the Contract. Quarter 1 – (July-September) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 2 – (October-December) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 3 – (January-March) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 4 – (April-June) due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Exceptions may be made if a delay in submitting reports is attributable to circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the Contractor. The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.

  • CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.

Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity. The purpose of this grant is to implement a Transformation Plan that has been developed through a local planning process and furthers the goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program.
