Summary of Contractor Scope. Except for items and services excluded from Contractor’s Scope of Work as identified in the Agreement to be provided by Owner or others, Contractor’s responsibilities for the design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, manufacture, erection, installation, construction, management, inspection, repair (including Corrective Work), testing (including Performance Tests), training, pre-commissioning, commissioning and placing into service of the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility and Equipment and systems, and the required related labor and materials, shall generally include the following: a. Detailed engineering design of the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility; b. Development of Contractor deliverables as described in Attachment B of the Agreement; c. Supply of Equipment; d. Mobilization and Stage 2 Site establishment; e. Management, reporting and supervision of the Work; f. Construction and installation of Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility; g. Care, maintenance and preservation of all Equipment; h. Pre-commissioning; i. Mechanical Completion; j. Ready for Start Up; k. Commissioning and Start Up; l. Initial Operation of Subproject 3 up to Substantial Completion of Subproject 3; m. Performance Tests;
