Common use of Summary of Contractor Scope Clause in Contracts

Summary of Contractor Scope. Except for items and services excluded from Contractor’s Scope of Work as identified in the Agreement to be provided by Owner or others, Contractor’s responsibilities for the design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, manufacture, erection, installation, construction, management, inspection, repair (including Corrective Work), testing (including Performance Tests), training, pre-commissioning, commissioning and placing into service of the Liquefaction Facility and modifications and improvements to the Existing Facility and Equipment and systems, and the required related labor and materials, shall generally include: a. Detailed engineering design of the Liquefaction Facility and modifications and improvements to the Existing Facility; b. Development of Contractor deliverables as described in Attachment B of the Agreement; c. Supply of Equipment;
