Summary of Professional Services Fees / Compensation. Consultant shall be paid pursuant to hourly rates in Exhibit “B” of the Agreement and the Consultant in good faith represents that it can provide the Deliverables for an amount not-to-exceed the Lump Sums identified herein. The Consultant will not be paid more than the Not-to-Exceed Lump Sum for each Deliverable unless the City approves an amendment to this Task Order.
