Equal Opportunity Clauses. (1) The Equal Opportunity Clause published at 41 CFR Part 60-1.4(b) is required to be included in, and is part of, all nonexempt federally assisted construction contracts and subcontracts. By operation of the order, the equal opportunity clause shall be considered to be a part of every contract and subcontract required by the order and the regulations in this part to include such a clause whether or not it is physically incorporated. Equal Opportunity Clauses. Seller and its subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60- 741.5(a).   • EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE The Contractor shall abide by the requirements of the equal opportunity clause at 41 CFR 60-300.5(a), as of March 24, 2014. This clause prohibits discrimination against qualified protected veterans, and requires affirmative action by the Contractor to employ and advance in employment qualified protected veterans.
