Summary Report. For each (design and development) contract, one Summary Report shall be produced. It shall summarise the findings of the contract concisely and, informatively. The draft version of the Summary Report shall be approximately sent to the technical officer in 3 copies not later than two weeks before the final presentation. The final version shall be provided in 20 pages or 6000 words.
