The draft version of the Summary Report shall be approximately sent to the technical officer in 3 copies not later than two weeks before the final presentation. The final version shall be provided in 20 pages or 6000 words. NOTE: The Agency may request the Contractor to produce the Summary Report in the form of a paper suitable for publishing in a technical journalcopies.
