Summary Written Evaluation/Timeline Clause Samples

Summary Written Evaluation/Timeline. A final written evaluation based upon the California/Buckeye Standards for the Teaching Profession (using the BUSD Final Evaluation Form, Appendix D-13) shall be given to the teacher not later than fifteen (15) days before the last school day scheduled on the school calendar and adopted by the Governing Board. The teacher shall have the right to initiate a written response to the evaluation within 10 work days, which shall become a permanent attachment to the teacher's evaluation which is placed in the personnel file.
