Summer Maintenance Sample Clauses

The Summer Maintenance clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining property or equipment during the summer months. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for tasks such as landscaping, HVAC servicing, or pool upkeep, and may set standards for the frequency and quality of these services. By clearly assigning maintenance duties during a period of increased use or specific weather conditions, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures the property remains in good condition throughout the summer.
