Sun Management Agreement Sample Clauses
Sun Management Agreement. No Credit Party is a signatory to or bound by any agreement requiring the payment of any management, consulting or other similar fee or compensation to Sun Capital or any affiliates thereof other than the Sun Management Agreement.
Sun Management Agreement. The Lender shall have received and reviewed to its satisfaction the Sun Management Agreement. Upon the execution of this Financing Agreement and the initial disbursement of the Loan hereunder, all of the above conditions precedent shall have been deemed satisfied, except as the Credit Parties and the Lender shall otherwise agree in a separate writing.
