SunSpark Invoices. SunSpark invoices shall reference the applicable SolarMax purchase order and shall be submitted for payment by SunSpark to the SolarMax accounts payable address specified in writing from time to time by SolarMax. To the extent there is any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of any such invoice, the terms of this Agreement shall apply. All prices in the invoices shall be based on the $0.75 per watt price set forth in Section 2.02.
