  • Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement. In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests. Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.

  • Terms of Coverage The plan takes effect upon check-in on the booked arrival date to an iTrip unit. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the iTrip unit or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.

  • SECTION 12 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 12.1 The parties may amend any provision of the Agreement at any time by agreement in writing.

  • Coverage Under Only One Plan For purposes of (a) and (b) above, if the employee’s adult child (age 18 to 26) works for the State or another organization participating in the State’s Group Insurance Program, the child may not be covered as a dependent by the employee unless the child is not eligible for a full Employer Contribution as defined in Section 3A.
