Common use of Superior landlord’s consent Clause in Contracts

Superior landlord’s consent. Any consent that the Landlord gives is conditional on the consent (where required) of any Superior Landlord being obtained. The Landlord will apply for that consent at the Tenant’s cost and, to the extent the Landlord is consenting, the Landlord must take reasonable steps to obtain it.
