Supersede Clause. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices of the BOARD which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. It shall likewise supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual ADMINISTRATOR contracts. All future individual ADMINISTRATOR contracts shall be made expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement.
