Benefit Trust Fund. The Board shall contribute an amount of one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour for every hour worked by all temporary employees to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx’ Insurance Benefit Trust Fund. The Board shall forward the contributions to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx’ Insurance Benefit Trust Fund by the fifteenth day of the following month, accompanied by a report of particulars on a report form approved by the Trustees of the Benefit Trust Fund.
Benefit Trust Fund. 21.3.1 The Benefit Trust Fund is an ongoing trust fund maintained by the University on behalf of the Union. The use of this fund for any or all of the approved purposes of 21.
Benefit Trust Fund. The District shall contribute to the Benefit Trust fund established by the Federation the following payments for each full-time unit member prorated for each part-time unit member:

Benefit Trust Fund. The School District will contribute the same per capita amount for the Employee as for bargaining unit members in the Valhalla SRP unit, with one-half of the payments made by July 15 and one-half made by January 1.

Benefit Trust Fund. 12.1 The District agrees to pay annually the sum of $25,000.00 into the Mount Xxxxxx City School District Administrators Benefits Trust Fund.
Benefit Trust Fund. 19 Effective July 1985, a Benefit Trust Fund will be established by the Association for the purpose of providing 20 various benefits for the members of the bargaining unit. The Board’s contribution by August 1 of each school 21 year for each qualified bargaining unit member for the duration of the contract will be: 00 0000-0000: $1500 00 0000-0000: $1525 00 0000-0000: $1550 00 0000-0000: $1575 26 The Board of Education will also contribute to the fund $20,000 per year.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. Effective July 1, 2006, the District shall annually provide $73,150 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund. Effective July 1, 2007, the District shall annually provide $76,442 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund. Effective July 1, 2008, the District shall annually provide $79,822 to the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust Fund.
B. The District shall make additional contributions to the Benefit Trust Fund for each new hire that increases the net membership of the Association.
1. The amount of the contribution shall be the premium established by the Trust’s insurance care provider as of the date of hire.
2. The Faculty Association Welfare Benefit Trust document and annual insurance Plan rate notices shall be provided to the District prior to any additional District contributions for Section 1 above.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. The Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 1101 will establish a Benefit Trust Fund. This Fund will be administered by a board appointed by the CWA and will be used for the sole benefit of adjunct faculty members, in a manner to be established by the CWA. This fund will comply with all local, State, and Federal laws.
B. The CWA will establish eligibility criteria for participating adjuncts. Further, the union will notify the University on how the money is to be dispensed.
C. The Adjunct Benefit Trust Fund will be funded by University contributions and will make annual contributions at the following levels: $50,000 $50,000 $50,000
D. Payments from the University shall be made to the Trust Fund on or before September 1st of each year, beginning in 2010.
Benefit Trust Fund. A. The parties agree to continue to participate in Great Neck Teachers Association Benefit Trust Fund.
B. The Board shall contribute the sum of $1,153,983 to the Fund in twelve equal monthly installments beginning July 1st of each school year covered by this contract.
C. No later than October 15 of each school year, the Trust Fund shall submit to the accounting office payroll deduction authorization for members currently employed. Deduction authorization for new teachers shall be submitted within 30 days of the effective date of their employment.
