Common use of Superseding Termination Clause in Contracts

Superseding Termination. If, subsequent to the giving by either party of a notice of termination under this Agreement and prior to the actual Date of Termination pursuant to such notice, the Executive's employment is properly terminated pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled only to those benefits, if any, arising out of such subsequent and superseding termination.
